How do I use LiveCirrus Enterprise Portal?
First, download the free app from the iTunes app store to install it on your device. Then, please contact us at contact@livecirrus.com to obtain special instructions and login credentials to use LiveCirrus to view your enterprise web applications on mobile devices.

Why aren’t your apps free?
Unlike a lot of thin client apps out there, we have to cover cloud server costs for basic and subscription users. We are working hard on getting the costs down as low as possible while still delivering the kind of performance our customers want.
The app didn’t install correctly on my device/ I can’t find the icon on my device.
If a LiveCirrus app didn’t install correctly on your device, please download the app on iTunes and then sync your device. iTunes will not charge you to download an app you’ve already purchased.
I can’t log in
If you’ve signed up for a paid subscription and you are still seeing anonymous session timeouts, then you haven’t entered your account information into the app yet. Your activation email should have contained instructions on how to enter the account information into the LiveCirrus application.

I keep getting a “Trial Version” message
The basic service included in the app purchase only provides 10 minutes browsing sessions. Please sign up for a subscription if you want to have unlimited sessions. https://cloudbrowse.alwaysontechnologies.com/signup
I get error messages when attempting to access Java content
Try changing the connection settings in Edit > Preferences > Advanced > Connection Settings and select “No Proxy.”
If the problem still occurs, can you enable Java Console by going to Menu > Cloud Browse > Open Java Control Panel > Advanced > Java console > Show Java Console
It should bring up a window that will print out errors you encountered which should help us figure out why it isn’t working for you. Please take a screenshot of the error that show up by pressing Power and Home button, then emailing the photo from the Photo app.
